I am an experienced Executive Coach and Organizational Development Consultant, I specialize in building culture and helping leaders excel in their roles. Background
I am a certified executive coach and mediator, holding a Masters of Arts in Dispute Resolution with a focus on Organizational Development from Southern Methodist University. With over two decades of management experience and a decade in organizational development, I have successfully coached VPs, Executive Directors, and 2nd level managers, as a Corporate Senior Human Resource Manager. My goal is to equip leaders with the necessary leadership skills to tackle the challenges of management.
In addition to coaching leaders, I have also guided departments and companies through successful cultural transitions, minimizing turnover and fostering growth. I am dedicated to helping companies establish strong cultures and traditions, ensuring smooth transitions and employee alignment.
